Step 1: Aloe Body Wash Lather a generous amount onto damp skin, massage all over your body using circular motions and rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Step 2: Sea Salt Scrub Apply a generous amount to wet hands, feet and body in circular motions, then remove with a warm, wet cloth and rinse with water.

Step 3: Essential Oils Apply to damp skin by placing a small amount in the palm of your hand. Warm the oil by rubbing your hands together before applying with long, deep massage strokes.
